How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need?
To calculate the number of rolls required, measure the width and height of your walls in feet and multiply them to get the total square footage. We recommend adding 15% extra for pattern matching and trimming.
What is the difference between 'Pre-pasted' and 'Traditional' paper?
Pre-pasted wallpaper has a water-activated adhesive backing for easier DIY installation, while Traditional paper requires a separate wallpaper paste to be applied to the wall or the paper back.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering a 12"x12" sample to see the true colors and texture in your home's unique lighting before purchasing full-sized rolls.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
Unopened and undamaged rolls can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-printed murals and opened samples are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days via our carbon-neutral courier partners.
Is your wallpaper eco-friendly and safe for nurseries?
Absolutely. All Painted Paper products are printed using non-toxic, water-based inks and are PVC-free, making them safe for children's rooms and environmentally conscious homes.
